Coach Brown has earned Level 1 certification from USA Track & Field and has over 20 years of coaching experience. She has been competitive on both the High School and College levels in track and field.  She was a NYS High School qualifier in the 200m.  She was a member of the 1988 World Junior track team for the 800m.  She held the indoor and outdoor 800m record at St. John’s University from 1990-2016. In addition to the organizing the Baldwin Blazers track team over 10 years ago, she developed and organized the track program for the Village of Hempstead PAL and was the Head Girls Coach at Holy Trinity H.S. She has produced numerous AAU and USATF   All-Americans and a National champion. She brings a great wealth of experience to the track.
